A few steps from the beach, you'll have some of South Florida's best seafront restaurants, bars and boutiques right on your doorstep – while still being located in the quiet cul-de-sac of Birch Park Finger Estates so you can relax by the pool in peace. While you'll spend most of your time outside enjoying the dining patio and backyard, there's also a games room in the garage. And, when you're ready to hit up the beach, four deck chairs, a cooler and a beach cart are kindly provided. While the home can sleep up to twelve people, the maximum occupancy is eight adults and four children – two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room.
