Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
57 Varieties is actually a combination of two separate flats, which are mirror images of each other. This means there are two separate entrances, but it’s possible to move between the apartments on the terraces. The area is relatively calm (relatively – we’re still talking about Manhattan), and that sense of peace also comes through in the way that the place has been decorated. We were particular fans of the houseplants, as well as the hammock on the terrace.
