  • Located on the second floor of the building (with no lift) and set over three floors, there are plenty of stairs to navigate

  • This is a well-loved, lived-in home, so it was expected to find some minimal signs of wear and tear

  • The second bedroom has a bunk bed so this is only really suitable for children

  • While it's in a residential area, the home is on the main road so there is some associated traffic and street noise

  • The blinds in the master bedroom are slightly tricky to use, your host will show you how to use these safely
