This is a thoroughly modern and inviting home in a residential neighbourhood, that even comes with its own perfectly pruned roof terrace. Your host is an Architect and you can really tell in the high standard of execution of the home. The master bedroom loft conversion is standout here, with huge windows, great views and a freestanding bath. We were also impressed with the amenities in the home, everything from the speakers to the washing machine was high quality.

Home truths

Located on the second floor of the building (with no lift) and set over three floors, there are plenty of stairs to navigate

This is a well-loved, lived-in home, so it was expected to find some minimal signs of wear and tear

The second bedroom has a bunk bed so this is only really suitable for children

While it's in a residential area, the home is on the main road so there is some associated traffic and street noise

The blinds in the master bedroom are slightly tricky to use, your host will show you how to use these safely
