A humble and quiet home in the heart of Paris — a stone's throw away from the Iron Lady herself — this address has all the benefits of comfort and location in one pied-à-terre. It's a space where old meets new, with the exposed brickwork and beams paired with contemporary furniture and bright colours to make for a modern space with oodles of character. We came away thinking it's a perfect size and setting for a romantic getaway to the French capital — is there any other kind? Especially with the amount to do waiting outside your front door. The gardens of Champ de Mars can be reached in four minutes on foot, while there are historic exhibitions to be seen at the striking Hôtel des Invalides, which takes a little over ten.
