It isn’t easy to imagine a nicer location than Drapery’s, on a quiet street around the corner from Pimlico station. Its appeal extends far beyond its position however – the interior is a beautiful example of traditional interior design, with silk panels, trompe-l’œil, and vintage furniture. It’s a special environment. The kitchen and bathrooms have been done more recently, but great care has been taken to maintain some form of aesthetic continuity – there’s no brash modernism here. All in all, it’s just a lovely place, and anyone would be lucky to stay here.
