Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Experience Madrileño life in this minimal apartment in the vibrant La Latina neighbourhood. It’s easy to immerse yourself in the city's culture, gastronomy, and history with nearby attractions such as Austrias, Sol-Gran Vía, and Lavapiés at your fingertips. The surrounding medieval streets lead to bustling squares, including the famous Plaza de la Cebada and Plaza de los Carros. Back home, the open-plan living room has a sofa bed to accommodate your third and fourth guests. It's pocket-sized, so don't expect a lot of space to spread out – the kitchen is particularly compact. That said, the Juliet balcony is a nice touch and your host can arrange extras like fridge fills and parking to make your stay even better.

Home truths

At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area – although we think this home is better for two guests.

We recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport. The closest metros are Puerta de Toledo and La Latina, both a six-minute walk away.

Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

This home is located within an apartment building, with a shared entrance. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay.

You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.

The dining table doubles as a desk if you're travelling for work.
