Home Critic’s notes

Time-Turner is like a time capsule from the early twentieth century that’s just been cracked open (albeit one with very fast wi-fi). The antique furniture is beautiful, as are the vintage kitchen appliances. They’re perhaps...

Home truths

What the photos might not tell you, but we do

  • The living room has a slightly lower ceiling than normally expected and it does not get much natural light

  • The spiral staircase is steep and narrow

  • The bathroom is small and feels more functional than luxurious

  • The kitchen is wonderful from an aesthetic and historical perspective, but the appliances are antique

  • As it's a lived in home (and a decidedly bohemian one at that), you can expect a bit of wear and tear around the place

  • While the windows are double-glazed, the home faces the road, so you might hear some noise

Beds and bathrooms
