On Lake Garda's southeastern shore, we loved this two-storey home's fantastic views – we can't think of a better way to unwind than looking out across the lake from the alfresco dining area, preferably with a glass of wine. Inside, the view follows you thanks to the French doors in the living space, while we suspect the sauna will be a popular spot with your group. The family suite has two twins and a double, making it less than ideal if you're travelling with a group of friends – that said, there is a partition, affording a bit of privacy. When it's time to branch out, both the nearest beach and the town of Bardolino are within a 3km radius.

There are ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms here. The family suite is in the basement, so it gets limited sunlight.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for one car in the garage and up to two cars on the driveway.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. There are also small objects on display at a low level in the living room, so young children need to be supervised here as well.
