It’s rare that you’re able to walk anywhere in LA, but this little home is actually within walking distance to a lot of things. Just a few steps from Santa Monica Boulevard and Wilshire, it's in one of the best neighbourhoods in the country – Beverly Hills. While the home itself isn’t as luxurious as some you'll see in this neck of the woods, it’s incredibly charming. We can’t get enough of the 1920s Spanish Revival details like the tiled staircase and rounded archways. There's a corner fireplace and painted ceiling beams adding to the character too. If you need get some work done, you'll find a little desk in the living room, and there are two lovely bright bedrooms....
