Situated on an estate a short drive from Sainte Maxime, this villa provides a relaxing stay in the South of France. While the home comes with its own swimming pool and a covered terrace for alfresco dining, guests also benefit from communal amenities, including a volleyball court. What's more, the host provides two golf carts for easy access to the private beach. Interior-wise, the place is simple, and if it were up to us, we’d give the bathrooms a refresh. But on the whole, everything is functional, and each bedroom has air conditioning – a welcome addition during the summer.

Home truths
Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. Parking for four cars is available on the premises.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. Your host can also provide a cot and high chair upon request.
Since the photo shoot, a bunk bed has been added to one of the double bedrooms.
This home does not accept youth groups under the age of 30.
Guests staying here have access to a volleyball court, table tennis tables and a tennis court – reservations are required.
