The living room is small but snug, with a log-burning fire and picture-perfect sea views. And the location? Kingsand is quieter than many villages along this stretch of coastline, offering a quaint, laid-back atmosphere, with pubs, restaurants, scenic hiking paths and the beach all just a few minutes' walk away.
