Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

We're completely in awe of this home's wild, untouched scenery. Formerly a farmhouse, you'll find it nestled in a captivating cluster of medieval hilltop villages and verdant pastures bearing olive groves and vineyards. Here, you're located in a grand estate, surrounded by walks, cycling routes and horse riding trails and overlooking Tuscany's largest golf course. Though this home boasts renovated interiors, stylish decor and contemporary amenities, you'll fall in love with its stunning original features. At first glance, it promises charm with its honey-hued facade and inside, it certainly delivers, with brick archways, vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls and tiled floors. Offering three self-contained apartments across two buildings, it's the perfect base for families and large groups. Outside, fenced landscaped gardens promise tranquillity. Spend your days bathing in the sparkling pool, catching rays on the patio or enjoying the estate's amenities, including tennis courts and a spa. On balmy evenings fire up the built-in pizza oven and gather around the outdoor dining area for an alfresco feast, best served at sunset. If you fancy exploring, you're a twenty-five-minute walk from the closest village, with its ancient castle and delightful array of shops and restaurants. Take a fifteen-minute drive to the picturesque towns of Montaione and San Vivaldo, or visit the lively cities of Florence and Siena, just over an hour away by car.

About San Miniato

Halfway between Pisa and Florence, San Miniato is one of the most beautiful towns in Tuscany, and that’s saying something. Host

This home is managed by Oliver

This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways. Driven by their own unforgettable experience at a chateau, they have grown remarkably since then. Much like Plum, they believe in hand-picked luxury that doesn't break the bank.

This home is nominated for the Plum Guide Award.
