We particularly liked the heavy focus on relaxation here, with plenty of outdoor spots to unwind and spend a quiet moment's downtime. Whether you're starting off the day with a fresh coffee on the balcony, overlooking Ibiza's Old Town and distant sea views, or retreating to the gentle shade of the pergola with a glass of Spanish wine in the afternoon, there's plenty of space to relax.
