Though Telluride is renowned as a top destination for skiers, hikers and the like, this cosy home is positioned close to a range of attractions in Downtown Telluride that will suit guests looking for a bit of culture, too. It's a short walk to Town Park, (which puts on a great range of festivals throughout the year), the Telluride Gallery of Fine Art, and great eating spots Smuggler's Brewpub and Telluride Bistro. The home is cosy and comfortable, and has everything a couple or small family would want. We loved the fireplace and the barbecue on the private deck; the views of nearby mountains are breathtaking in both summer and winter.

And in the summer, the hiking trails can provide just as much activity. Aside from the outdoor activities, Telluride is a great place to experience the charm of the Old West. It has a more casual, unfussy vibe than more famous spots like Aspen, but there are still plenty of elegant dining and drinking options.
