As well as a front garden, you have access to a back patio with a barbecue and koi pond, which is perfect for those long, warm evenings. There’s a great range of restaurants, markets and coffee shops close by, and you’re one block away from a park that boasts bike trails, an archery range, and tennis and lawn bowling courts. With a train station a ten-minute walk away and a dedicated carpool lane on the highway, you can also get to LA or San Diego in a breeze.
