This home is over a mile from the main road on a single lane track – it's a very rural spot
You'll need a car here – there are two off-street parking spaces in the driveway
The garden is not secure, so children and dogs should be supervised at all times – the paddock is shared with another cottage
Gas for the barbecue is supplied between 1st April and 30th September
Phone signal can be patchy here
Hen and stag parties are not permitted, although other same-sex groups can enquire
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound-only basis
