With bold pops of colour, mid-century stylings and a fantastic location in the heart of the Uptown Design District, this bright apartment is the perfect base for a Palm Springs break. It's been created with fun in mind – we love the oversized private balcony for sundowners – and did we mention the spectacular mountain views? Spend sunny days lounging by the pool, playing rounds of mini-golf, soaking in the jacuzzi or having a drink in the bar area. Freshen up back at the apartment before hitting Palm Springs' retro diners, chic bars and pool parties. Everything's within walking distance – Downtown Palm Springs is a twenty-minute stroll, but if you don't fancy walking – there's a free trolley called the Buzz that picks up and stops along the main route. Or ride your complimentary beach cruiser to the Old Las Palmas neighbourhood – this was a Hollywood stars' playground in the 1920s. Today you'll find stylish galleries, design stores, and tiki bars aplenty. On top of all this, Palm Springs International Airport is a mere six-minute drive away.

This home can sleep four, but two guests will be on a double sofa bed in the lounge

The pool stays heated to 85 degrees in the winter
