This home is a masterclass in minimalism. Design nuts will go mad for the lofty proportions, sliding glass doors throughout, fabulous modernist furniture, and vast, highly sculptural houseplants. The outdoor areas are super chic - there's a fire pit both in the ground-floor garden and also on the fabulous roof terrace, which is a great spot for a sunset drink. There are so many other highlights to this home, including the supremely comfy TV area, and the proximity to Venice Beach, an easy 10 minute walk away. This is one of our most luxurious minimalist-style homes in LA. Please note all stays of 8 nights or more include complimentary weekly cleaning, linen changes and replenishment of toiletries.

Home truths
On Mondays between 3 and 6pm the homeowner's gardener will service the plants
There is a security camera in the side garden that will remain on during your stay - this camera does not face into the home
This home has quite a few stairs
Since the shoot, the third bedroom has been updated with a king-sized bed and the child-sized crib bed has been removed from the fourth bedroom
The pool does not have a fence - no diving is allowed since the maximum depth is 5 feet
A dog normally lives here, but won’t be around for your stay
There is space for one car to park in the back of the home as well as ample street parking
