Part of Amagansett Dunes, this laid-back coastal home comes with access to a private beach. Space feels infinite in the open-plan living area that flows out onto the wrap-around deck, and natural light streams through every one of the huge windows. If peace and quiet calls, a morning spent on a sun lounger in the enclosed garden is time well spent. You can even cool off in the outdoor shower. Pots and borders bloom with flowers outside and inside it feels as though the garden is taking over with tumbling ivy and fresh green plants in the living room. The home is close to local farmers markets, perfect to pick up fresh produce for your holiday brunches. Just a three-minute walk away, you’ll find the private walkway to Atlantic Ocean Beach. Nip out first thing for a stroll along the sand, or grab one of the home’s beach chairs and head to the dunes. And after a day on the sand, it’s heaven to retreat to this pocket of paradise. Spend one of many relaxed evenings under the pergola with gas barbecue grill and seating area.
