Whether the street got its name from notable residents such as Calvin Klein and David Koch or the priceless Atlantic Ocean views, this home fits right in, with five acres of sand dunes and landscaped gardens ensuring a sense of privacy. Highest bidder gets the master suite, which has its own living room, two fireplaces, a sauna, and a his-and-hers bathroom looking out to sea. The other rooms are still just as lovely, with sliding doors and floor-to-ceiling windows framing vistas of the crashing waves. Cool off in the heated swimming pool or follow one of the stone paths to the sandy shore for dips in the ocean, before running back home in time for a sunset on the decking – it really is a priceless moment.
