Combining African influence with old-world Tuscan charm, this countryside villa is a laidback retreat in the rolling hills. The architecture is very much traditional Italian, with arched French doors and sash windows that look out over golden fields lined with cypress trees. Interiors are inspired by Africa, as prints and musical instruments hang on walls. Spend days in the large gardens, which have a swing and paddling pool for little ones. Big kids can fire up the barbecue and relax on the large oak table. The home is also in an excellent position for exploring the region, with medieval towns and vineyards only a short drive away.
