  • There's a self-contained studio on the lower ground floor that the owner may use from time to time, but you'll have complete privacy

  • The hot tub is cleaned regularly, but if there have been strong winds you may find debris blown under the cover

  • There is a strict no party policy and the host asks that you keep noise to a minimum after 11pm

  • There's space for only two cars and it's a little tight

  • Dogs are allowed if the host gives prior approval (no cats please)

  • It might be more comfortable for seven guests as one of the beds is a bit small for two people sharing
