Clean lines and luxury vibes are the order of the day at this downtown LA apartment. Just minutes from the STAPLES Center and Los Angeles Convention Center, this sleek, sophisticated highrise home would make the perfect base whether you’re travelling for business or pleasure. We love the little touches that mark this home out – black and white photography, soft to the touch textiles, and cool, contemporary objet d’art are all dotted around the space, and the living room with its grey velvet sofa offers the ultimate spot for a cosy night in. But it’s the balcony that really caught our eye here. Offering views out over that twinkling downtown skyline come nightfall, we think you’ll find it hard to keep away – and who could blame you? If this isn’t the ideal location for an evening cocktail, then where is? Of course, you could always take drinks up on the roof where the communal deck boasts a pool with daybeds and loungers, gas barbecues for when you’ve just got to grill, and sweeping views.
