This one's for the surfers, the sun-worshippers, and the ocean-lovers. The home is just a short ten-minute walk to Venice beach, although as bikes are provided at the address, you'll surely find yourself hitting the saddle for your morning commute to the sand. There are plenty of fabulous restaurants, bars, and shops within easy reach, too — Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Rose Avenue are just thirteen minutes away on foot, while Santa Monica is reachable in ten minutes by car. The bungalow itself is a peaceful retreat decorated in a soothing grey colour scheme and has a foliage-filled garden that gets plenty of sun and shade throughout the day. After an adventure of exploring the happening neighbourhood, there's nothing better than curling up on one of the loungers with a glass of wine and a good book. And when you feel your inner chef calling, why not light up the barbecue for a feast of smokey flavours come dinner time?
