Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
With a home like this, it's hard to know whether to start with the inside or the outside, as both are equally as attention-grabbing. A compromise could be made by first mentioning the terrace, which straddles the two spaces and provides a great space for alfresco dinners on warm evenings. While sitting here, your eyes will be naturally drawn to the extravagant pool, which also cleverly features a waterfall and hot tub. Elsewhere on the lawn, you've got the barbecue station, which culinary whizzes will instantly want to get up and running. Heading through the glass doors, guests will be met with a huge living space which is split up by a kitchen-slash-breakfast bar in the middle that has both a smart fridge and dishwasher. For the cherry on the cake, all the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, so there'll never be arguments over what to watch. Nearby, there are bars and restaurants in the Studio City neighbourhood under ten minutes away by car, but you're also not too far from the main LA action — you can drive to Beverly Hills in half an hour.
