For those who have come to La La Land to discover the magic behind their favourite films and TV shows, this home's location is ideal. It takes twenty minutes to walk to Universal Studios Hollywood, while a six-minute drive will get you to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour. Elsewhere, Lakeside Golf Club is just as nearby and there are hiking trails in the Hollywood Hills reachable in ten minutes by car. Needless to say, you're unlikely to be bored, but when all you fancy doing is kicking back in the privacy of your home, you'll be glad you chose this laid-back house. Inside, it's certainly not short on space and there's even a separate guesthouse with its own kitchen and living space. Outside, the palm-lined patio is a lovely shady spot in which to enjoy the Californian sun and comes with a barbecue in case you fancy showing off your grilling skills.
