Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

With heaps of rustic charm and understated elegance, this 1920s Hollywood Hills home is a breath of fresh air inside and out. It's tucked away in the mountainous neighbourhood of Laurel Canyon, so you can sit out on the sun-dappled balcony with a morning coffee or glass of wine in complete solitude and tranquillity. Come evening, you'll find a charming outdoor dining area equipped with a barbecue for those alfresco meals spent soaking up the last of the balmy LA air. And as night draws in, step inside to a bespoke yet homely living room and snuggle up around the ornamental fireplace. Here, you'll find an assortment of tasteful artwork, antique adornments and high beamed ceilings that we really loved. Upstairs, choose a book from the extensive literature collection for a relaxing afternoon read on the porch. Once outside, follow the little path down from the house to the canyon – there's a local area full of life to be explored. Isolated yet conveniently located, explore glamorous West Hollywood by taking a short six-minute drive down to sparkling Sunset Boulevard – from here, discover star-studded Beverly Hills, boasting designer shops, gourmet restaurants and larger-than-life locals.
