When you can see the shores of Miami Beach from your window, it's truly a taste of beachside living. Just a minute from the beach (which also means water sports, snorkeling, sailing, and deep-sea fishing), this apartment is set in a modern luxury block that's full of surprises. Of course from the fifth floor, your private balcony is where you might be spending a lot of your time. Pop a bottle of champagne here upon arrival and say cheers to the spectacular ocean views. The home itself is fairly understated – white and neutral tones dominate the colour palette, while glass accents and floral fabrics mix manmade and organic vibes. But it’s the facilities here which are truly exciting. Head down to one of two heated pools, hot tubs, the gym, or the in-building beauty salon and spa. As so many activities are onsite, you might find it hard to leave. The beach is calling, but if the lush greenery of golfing is more your thing than the turquoise waters of the coast, you can drive to your nearest resort in just six minutes.
