Sometimes, a home's location is the deciding factor as to whether it makes our collection and this is one such example. There's a tightly compacted kitchen that has everything you could need to whip up basic meals and a similarly space-efficient wetroom bathroom. However, it's what lies outside the front door that is most impressive. In two minutes' walk in one direction, there's the National Gallery, while the other way takes you to Leicester Square, home of glitzy film premieres in the UK. Beyond that, there are critically adored restaurants, West-End theatres and designer stores. Don't be surprised if you don't actually spend all that much time inside the apartment.
