After a long day of shredding powder on the slopes of Gargellen, you can ski right home to this wonderful resort apartment. Only 10 metres from world-class pistes, this modern home offers a cosy base for snowsports fans. We love the mixture of traditional alpine elements and 21st-century design. You’ll find a sheep skull on the wall, and of course wood is the dominating theme throughout, as you’d expect. But stylish, industrial features also make an appearance – the black metal hanging lamp and coffee table create a modern impression in the living and dining space, sitting alongside mid-century furniture. Take in the fresh, mountain air in the morning on the private terrace as you prepare for the day ahead. Heat up a mug of coffee and cosy up on the sofa before spending the day in the Austrian snow, and put some Glühwein on the stove to sip when you return after dark. If you fancy heading out for drinks and a wholesome dinner, the town centre of Gargellen is less than a fifteen-minute walk – you’ll also find ski shops and grocery stores to keep your home well stocked.
