Located in a former warehouse dating back to the 1860s – this stylish home is situated in the heart of Clerkenwell. We love the breathtaking views of The Shard and St Paul's Cathedral from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The open plan living space is wonderfully bright and a lovely place to relax in. We're fans too of the unique sunken bed, as well as the beautiful mosaic tiling in the bathroom, with its deep-set bath. The area is filled with architectural practices, design firms and indie boutiques. It's a four-minute walk to Exmouth Market, where you can indulge your taste buds with a wide range of restaurants and bars. Or head to the street food lover's paradise at Leather Lane Market (eight minutes on foot), where you'll find a weekday market that has been operating for 400 years. With Farringdon Station less than a ten-minute walk away, the rest of London is easily accessible to boot.
