Sun-washed and effortless, this stylish villa is a delightful retreat in Italy’s evocative Puglia region. Days will be spent lolling on loungers, lingering by the pool, then slinking into the cool water when the heat begins to rise. Gather together in the shade of the pergola for Italian-inspired feasts with produce picked up from artisanal shops in nearby Ostuni. Inside, it’s laidback yet glamorous – we particularly loved the ornate bedframes and hints of animal print. From morning to night, the huge glass windows and doors ensure you never miss a second of the sprawling countryside views. Plan your itinerary in the breezy living space. Begin with a trip to the stunning coast – Monticelli Beach is less than a fifteen-minute car ride away. If you’re keen to explore a little further afield, it’ll take you thirty minutes to drive to the handsome port city of Brindisi.
