When you think of Beverly Crest, a certain type of home comes to mind and we're willing to wager that it looks something like this stunning villa. The interior is a delightfully modern mix of high ceilings, stark white walls and huge floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the LA sunshine inside. A closer inspection will draw your attention to the walnut floors, sleek bathrooms and a dark tiled kitchen that is sure to sing to guests with culinary talents. Step outside and you'll be greeted with plenty more perks. A heated pool with an adjoining spa is a lovely spot to relax during the Californian summers — and the winters, for that matter. Add to that a basketball court, an alfresco lounge and some gorgeous views of the city's skyline, and it's plain to see that you'll be spending as much time outdoors as you do inside. Especially when you consider the range of things to see and do that lie nearby. The famous Greystone Mansion and Gardens sits less than five minutes away in the car, as does Franklin Canyon.
