With views over the soaring skyscrapers of Downtown and a mid-century-meets-industrial aesthetic, this Arts District apartment is as good as it gets. An open-plan living space enjoys plenty of natural light thanks to vast Crittall windows, with a chic seventies Camaleonda sofa placed nearby so you can sit back and enjoy the view. The modern kitchen and six-seater dining table turn the apartment into an entertainer's dream, making it easy to keep an eye on dinner as you socialise with a glass of wine. The bedroom features a large floating bed, plenty of storage and a plush rug that's a pleasure to sink your feet into every morning. Bright pops of colour, courtesy of the wall-mounted prints, keep things fun. There's a luxurious bathroom with bottle green tiles to add a feeling of freshness to round things off. Head up to the roof to find a stunning resort-style pool, a large hot tub and plenty of poolside loungers and shaded seating. Of course, you're also welcome to spend evenings gathered around the fire pits or grilling on the barbecues. Whether you're in town for work or pleasure, this location has you covered. Step out on the street, and you're just steps from some of LA's best art, music and nightlife, while Urth Caffe is conveniently close for that morning coffee to put a pep back in your step. Elsewhere you'll find award-winning restaurants within a five-minute walk, Soho Warehouse is a mile south, and plenty of tech giants have their offices nearby.

For a city so gridlocked with cars, the Arts District stands out for its walkability - and also offers a constantly evolving street culture of art galleries, craft coffee, microbreweries and fine dining. The neighbourhood is rich in character, and also features a number of...
