Bright and cheerful, this apartment located on a quiet residential street in West Kensington offers a slice of country charm in the city. Sitting on the top two floors of a classic Edwardian building, this beautiful home centres around a sunny lemon-yellow living area decorated in a cottage aesthetic that feels instantly welcoming. Curl up on one of the sofas with your morning mug of Earl Grey and a good book, or better yet, step out onto the delicious wrought-iron framed balcony for an early dose of sunshine. We love the farmhouse-style dining table that invites celebratory feasts aplenty, while the bedroom on this floor boasts pretty geographic artworks and large sash windows. Our favourite room, however, is the main bedroom on the top floor with its access to a private terrace with rooftop views over Baron’s Court. This is the perfect spot to unwind at sunset over a glass of wine or even enjoy an alfresco meal as the city’s lights begin to twinkle at dusk. Factor in the home’s luxurious rainfall shower and the enticing tub beckoning long soaks at the end of the night, and you’ve got everything you need for a blissful stay. When it comes to exploring, walk fifteen minutes to bustling Hammersmith or enjoy a waterside stroll along the Thames, seventeen minutes away. You’re also a twenty-five-minute walk from beautiful Holland Park, while South Kensington’s world-class museums are reachable on foot in thirty minutes.
