If you have a penchant for parquet floors, velvet seating and romantic views over classic Haussmann buildings, this elegant home is for you. Tucked between the second and third arrondissement, the stylish pad couldn't be better located. Whatever's on your itinerary, you'll have no trouble ticking things off the list – the Louvre, Pompidou Centre and the banks of the Seine are all within a fifteen-minute walk. We adore the colour scheme in this apartment. Warm peach-hued walls flank soft grey furnishings, while matte black accents add a touch of Parisian cool. Our highlight? It's a toss-up between the original herringbone flooring and the feature lighting in each room. From the open-plan living room and both double bedrooms, French doors open onto Juliet balconies so you can people watch to your heart's content.
