Here, the decadence starts before you even go through the front door, with the tree-lined garden playing host to a large swimming pool and a few loungers on which to soak up the sunshine. Inside, the open-concept layout and wealth of windows mean that there's no shortage of natural light flowing about the space. The design throughout leans on the simple side, as seen with the wooden floors and white walls, but a few pieces of coastal artwork and some chic hanging lighting add some character.
