Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

This home's location alone is enough for us to praise it to the skies. You'll find it in Southhampton, poised on the historic Wickapogue Road and perfectly positioned to explore the area on foot. Here, you're just shy of a twenty-minute stroll from the soft, white sands of Little Plains Beach and the charming village centre, with its delightful array of boutiques and eateries. Ample in stature and amenities, this home offers an idyllic base for families and large groups. Outside, an enormous back garden – fringed by a cocoon of lush foliage – boasts a tennis court, forty-inch pool and hot tub. Inside, it's a pleasant blend of contemporary comforts and rustic charm. We especially love the open-plan kitchen and dining room with its timber-beamed ceiling, glossy green cabinetry, and majestic stove burrowed beneath an original brick archway. After a restful slumber, spend mornings roosted here for breakfast before a day of adventures. With three sitting rooms to choose from, finding a moment of calm couldn't be easier here. Soak up the Hamptons sun from the light-filled parlour and, come sunset, snuggle up on the sofa beside the warm glow of the wood-burning fireplace.
