Additional fees

• One hypoallergenic dog that doesn't shed and is forty lbs or less is permitted for a fee of $150 per booking with an additional security deposit of $1,500 per dog – guests must request permission prior to the stay if their dog does not meet these requirements or if they have multiple dogs/pets

• Reservations longer than a week must be cleaned once per week – this is a cost borne by the guest
