There’s beauty and elegance in every nook and cranny here, and you better prepare yourself to be wowed at every turn. Built by the legendary Tina Fredericks, who had been known for decades as the ‘Realtor to the Stars’, this property exuded a sense of history, but it also feels like home from the moment you step through the front door. The living room is a vast space filled with streams of soft natural light flooding in through the windows overlooking the stunning views outside. Decorated in soft natural colours with wood accents and plush furnishings, this room invites you to relax in grand style. We love the statement-making central fireplace and the vibrant pops of green which come courtesy of the lovely plants. The bright open-plan kitchen will awaken the chef in even the most reluctant of cooks – create delicious feats to be shared with your loved ones in the grand dining area. You can also opt for a more informal alfresco supper on the terrace, where you’ll find another beautiful dining table and a barbecue for grilling the fresh seafood you can buy around here in abundance.
