Homes are like people – some just have that special style which cannot be defined but which never escapes notice. That’s what makes a star, and this gem of a house nestled on the shores of Georgica Pond is certainly that. There’s beauty and elegance in every nook and cranny here, and you better prepare yourself to be wowed at every turn. Built by the legendary Tina Fredericks, who had been known for decades as the ‘Realtor to the Stars’, this property exuded a sense of history, but it also feels like home from the moment you step through the front door. The living room is a vast space filled with streams of soft natural light flooding in through the windows overlooking the stunning views outside. Decorated in soft natural colours with wood accents and plush furnishings, this room invites you to relax in grand style. We love the statement-making central fireplace and the vibrant pops of green which come courtesy of the lovely plants. The bright open-plan kitchen will awaken the chef in even the most reluctant of cooks – create delicious feats to be shared with your loved ones in the grand dining area. You can also opt for a more informal alfresco supper on the terrace, where you’ll find another beautiful dining table and a barbecue for grilling the fresh seafood you can buy around here in abundance. For a night of sweet repose head over to the stylish bedrooms, each boasting a luxurious ensuite bathroom and stunning views. Wake up well-rested and ready for another day of Hamptons adventures. You can choose to spend your time wandering around the lush gardens and swimming in the heated pool, or take a walk down to the pond where you’ll find a lovely, secluded beach. You can also use the kayak provided to make your way to the ocean – what could be more fabulous than that?
