This magical corner of Croatia is a favourite for holidays, and for good reason – pack your bags and find out why. With its exposed stone and red-tiled roof, the home references the region's traditional architecture. Inside, you'll find a light and airy space that invites you to get comfortable and enjoy some respite from the heat. However, we think you'll want to spend most of your time outside soaking up the sunshine on a lounger. When the temperature rises you can plunge into the swimming pool for a refreshing dip and there's even a barbeque for alfresco feasts come evening. The surrounding area is known for its wine production, and there are plenty of local wineries you can tour – the closest one is just an eight-minute drive away. There are some stunning walks around Lake Butoniga, twenty minutes away by car, and the nearby waterfall is also well worth a visit. And, fans of the seaside are in luck too – pack a picnic and take a thirty-minute drive over to Špadići Beach for a day on the shore.
