Nestled in the sprawling Lakeside Estate in one of Dorset's most spectacular areas of natural beauty, this surprisingly modern lodge-style holiday home is the ideal place to leave the stresses of the rest of the world behind. Surrounded by nature reserves, including wild wetlands filled with all kinds of critters, rolling green countryside, and some truly spectacular stretches of coastline, there's certainly no shortage of gorgeous scenery to sink your teeth into. Try your hand at outdoor activities, from canoeing on the calm waters of the lake, to paddle boarding, biking, and excellent hiking. For something a little more laid-back, why not swim a couple of laps of the communal pool before indulging yourself at the onsite spa? No matter how active your day gets, you can always look forward to returning to the comfort and serenity of this home, preparing a homecooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen or curling up in front of the warming wood burner with a glass of wine to round off the day. If the sun is still shining, you could always head up to the rooftop for a go around the putting green, or simply to soak up the beautiful views from the balcony.

Host
This home is managed by Oliver
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways. Driven by their own unforgettable experience at a chateau, they have grown remarkably since then. Much like Plum, they believe in hand-picked luxury that doesn't break the bank.
