Above the rooftops of Tel Aviv sits this stylish home. You couldn't ask for a better location, just a short stroll from the Tayelet and the beaches of Trumpeldor and Bugrashov. Perched on the sixteenth floor of a high rise, it promises tranquillity despite its central surroundings while boasting sweeping panoramas across the city and out towards the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea. Perfect for families, this home offers a spacious and stylishly equipped interior, not to mention a slew of luxurious on-site amenities, including a fitness room and business lounge. Though the real highlight is undoubtedly the rooftop pool, one of the highest in Israel, offering a lovely spot for a morning swim before a day of adventure. The interior is contemporary and welcoming, adorned with chic furnishings and heaps of natural light. There are all the bells and whistles here for a want-for-nothing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of plush seating to kick back and relax. We especially love the private balcony, perfect for alfresco feasts and a glass of wine at sunset.

Local guide
About Kerem Hateimanim
Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
