With breathtaking views sweeping across the green hillsides and rooftops to the expanse of blue sparkling water below – you'll get to soak up utterly blissful Mediterranean scenes wherever you are in the villa. A large, well-tended garden filled with bright flowers and plants fragrance the air with Mediterranean scents and provide the perfect ambience for Italian aperitifs on the terrace in front of the soothing seascape. While we imagine you'll want to take full advantage of the views, you will be spoilt for choice when deciding where to relax. From the private outdoor pool area to the grassy lawns, secluded courtyard and elevated terrace spots – there are plenty of perching spots inviting you to spend your time in the sunshine. Hidden high above the Bay of Naples, on the peaceful tip of the Sorrento Peninsula, near the village of Termini – you'll also have the local shops, restaurants and conveniences within easy reach here. Walk out to Termini village, only a kilometre away or venture to the small town of Sant' Agata Sui Due Golfi, just 4 kilometres from your home. Here you'll find an array of family-run restaurants, gelaterias, fresh pasta shops, fruit and vegetable stores, mini-markets, bakeries, butchers and fishmongers, coffee bars and pubs to explore. Oh, and there is a beautiful pebbled beach in the harbour of Marina del Cantone, about 3 kilometres from the villa.
