Authentic and traditional with a charmingly rustic feel but packed with modern amenities and offering a fabulous pool area, we think this home is a real all-rounder – and perfect for exploring the pretty coastlines and delightful town centre of Pollença. Nestled in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside but close enough to the restaurants, cafes, and bars of town, not to mention the stunning sandy beaches and laid-back atmosphere of the coast, staying here provides you with a taste of both sides of this buzzing Balearic Island. Begin your day with a dip in the private swimming pool, surrounded by a lawned garden area and mature olive and carob trees, before making your way over to the covered terrace to enjoy a leisurely breakfast of fresh local pastries, aromatic coffee, and some zesty squeezed orange juice. Then it's either back to the pool for a day of sunbathing, reading, or just generally soaking up that idyllic holiday feeling. Or why not head into Pollença's magical old town, where you can sit and watch the world go by from one of the authentic eateries, pick up something special in the artisanal shops, or simply lose yourself for a while as you wander through the beguiling streets. Oh, and if you're here on a Sunday, definitely take the time to peruse the weekly farmer's market, where you'll find a whole host of wonderfully fresh regional produce that you can always take back to the home and grill up on the covered barbecue.
