Comfy, modern, and effortlessly cool, this gorgeous apartment in the heart of Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter is the kind of home you’ll be itching to return to after a busy day in the city. We can’t quite put our finger on what makes this place so special, but it probably has something to do with its stylish interior, which was inspired by the works of Ricardo Bofill Leví, one of Catalonia’s most celebrated architects. Spend all day unwinding in the open-plan living area or head downstairs for a quick workout in the communal gym before setting off to see what the city has to offer. From Barceloneta Beach to Plaça Reial, all the major attractions are within touching distance here, and we wouldn’t blame you for wanting to make the most of it. Soak up the gorgeous architecture of Barcelona Cathedral, head to Port Vell for a seafood feast with your fellow guests, or get a cab to Eixample where you’ll find plenty of places to dance the night away.
