This bold and beautiful little apartment sits in the heart of Paris, just waiting to be discovered. Perfect for those who want a city escape in the centre of everything, you'll have views down to the street below and your own bright, comfy space. If you want to get some work done remotely during your stay, you can set yourself up at the small dining table or perch on one of the stools by the open-plan kitchen. Cook up a hearty breakfast or head out to a nearby cafe or bakery to pick up some pastries to enjoy as the day begins. In the evening, the sofa can be pulled out to transform the living space into a cosy bedroom. You'll be just a short stroll away from the Franklin D Roosevelt subway station, which makes travelling across the city simple no matter what you're planning on filling your days with. With plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, you'll never go hungry even if you want to eat out every day. Those who enjoy culture will fall in love with the Jardin des Champs-Élysées, where you'll be able to see a show at one of the multiple theatres. You'll also be close to the magnificent Grand Palais, where you can catch one of the local unique exhibitions and events – if you're visiting for Christmas, kids will love the temporary ice rink. Then return home at dusk and unwind with hot drinks as the sun sets.

Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport where possible – though we think the best way to see the city is on foot
This home is on the second floor with lift access
At full capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the double sofa bed in the living area
You'll need to bring your own high chair here if travelling with little ones

It's a safe part of town, well positioned for exploring more vibrant neighbourhoods like Batignolles, Pigalle, or even Grands Boulevards. You'll find lots of high-end shops around Madeleine...
