Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
It may have all the rustic charm of a traditional Mallorcan farmhouse, but this villa is pure luxury to its core. The terraces and balconies are a hedonist’s paradise, from the huge rectangular swimming pool and canopied day beds to the covered games area with pool and ping pong. We simply adore the outdoor dining area where sheer white curtains billow in the breeze as you recline on the sofa or enjoy a meal alfresco. If the cooling water of the swimming pool isn’t your thing, perhaps try the bubbling warmth of the hot tub or the detoxifying heat of the sauna. All over the grounds, you’ll find towering palms, a lawn for football, a fruit tree orchard and seating nooks, including a hanging egg chair – the perfect spot for a holiday read. Inside, it’s all about the quirky little touches that make this place feel like home. Think lamps in the living room that cast stars and moons on the wall, a driftwood centrepiece on the dining table and coffee tables made from repurposed logs. Upstairs, there’s a dedicated cinema room for movie nights. If the film doesn’t grab your attention, then swivel your plush chair to the wall of windows looking out over Mallorca’s peaceful farmland. It’s not all playtime though – those that want to keep on top of their exercise schedule can take advantage of the private gym. Although you’re out in the quiet countryside here, surrounded by fields for miles, it’s a short drive to the town of Santa Margalida whose palm-lined streets are home to bars, restaurants and plenty of shops for stocking up.
