Umbria is known as the Green Heart of Italy, so of course you can count on wonderful rural views – the rolling hills, olive groves and vineyards that surround this home make for a breath-taking backdrop. Sit out on the upper terrace to soak up the sun and revel in the panoramic vista, before strolling to the heated salt-water pool for a dip. The pool looks out over an olive grove, adding to the tranquillity of the setting. In the evening, cook on the barbecue and sit out late under the stars.
