Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

It was a real surprise when we saw this home had a private garden, seeing as it’s situated in the beating heart of the city. Located in La fourche-Guy Môquet, you’ll find many green spaces, restaurants and shops, and it’s even within walking distance of beguiling Montmartre. Let’s talk some more about that lovely outdoor space – it’s such a rarity for this location. There are over 900 square metres of it, with flower beds, sun loungers and a dining area – soak up the Parisian sun here or read a book to relax. Back up the steps and through the veranda (a lovely place for a coffee or catch up on work at the desk here), you’ll find the beautiful living room. We love this space with its sculptural copper light, Berber-style rug and exposed stone walls. A large architectural window gives a glimpse into the stylish kitchen – perfect for preparing a French feast. The main bedroom, with its huge Eiffel Tower print and windows onto an ornate Juliet balcony, has lovely garden views – c'est parfait.

About Batignolles

Batignolles is a laid-back part of town where different generations live happily alongside each other in a trendy and unpretentious atmosphere. It has tons of bistros, wine bars and arts spaces concentrated across a couple of streets and it's the supposed birthplace of a new hip young class called 'bobo' (bourgeois bohemians). It has a charming little square with its own church and market and is a cool pocket of...
